Renewal in Christ: March 2-4, 2012

Friday, 7-9pm :  Saturday, 9am-5pm :  Sunday 8:30-10:30am

" Are you tired? Worn out?
Burned out on religion?

Come to me.
Get away with me
and you'll recover your life.

I'll show you how to take a real rest.
Walk with me and work with me-
watch how I do it.

Learn the
unforced rhythms of grace."

--Jesus
(Matthew 11:28-29
The Message)

The Need
Daily life seems so overwhelming right now for so many people. How are things in your life? Are you running short on trust? Is life more frustrating than hopeful? Are you hurting? What heavy burdens do you carry with your family, your job, your finances, your relationships? In the midst of these overwhelming pressures, how do we walk with Jesus day in and day out? What connection does God have to my everyday life?

The Invitation
You are invited to spend some time reconnecting with God in His Word. You can expect to come away from a Renewal in Christ weekend with a new appreciation for God’s ongoing work in your life and with some practical tools for a renewed walk with your Savior. In overwhelming times, we need to be even more intentional about receiving the gifts God wants to pour into our lives.

The Investment
$10 per person, $15 per couple covers food and materials, but the largest cost is time: Friday night, Saturday all day, and Sunday morning is a significant investment. We wouldn’t ask you to miss your child’s ballgame or an opportunity for extra hours at work unless we were convinced that this is a life-renewing, faith-changing event. You will be glad you made the time to receive from Jesus the gifts He wants to give.
